3:45 PM “Behind the Scenes Festival of Lights”….From the blueprints to checking the
light bulbs to the lights coming on, an educator will personalize a behind the
scenes look at the Festival of Lights.
6:15 PM Enjoy the Wilson Lodge Dinner Buffet and Show.
8:45 PM Cordial Gathering…Relax in the Hickman Lounge with light refreshments and entertainment.

7:00 AM Start the day with a breakfast buffet in Ihlenfeld Dining Room highlighted by the
on-site chefs preparing your specialty waffles and omelets.
9:00 AM Hilltop Shops and Gardens…located on the hilltop area are the Gourmet in the
Gardens Shop, Carriage House Glass Shop, The Palm Room and the Garden Center.
This is located in the center of the gardens where the life size nativity is found.
10:00 AM The Mansion Museum is a self guided tour of Earl W. Oglebay’s summer home.
It is decorated for the holiday season. Browse the nostalgic Wymer General Store exhibit.
11:00 AM Carriage House Glass Museum displays over 3,000 examples of West Virginia
glass made from 1829-1939.
12:00 PM Meet Wheeling Guide at the Visitor Center.
12:30 PM Lunch on your own at Wheeling’s historic Centre Market.
2:45 PM Visit the Speidel Christmas Shop located at the Clubhouse of the Speidel
Golf Club.
4:00 PM A Good Zoo Winter Fantasy features a laser light show in the indoor planetarium,
miniature train village, hands on Discovery Lab, and an animated music and LED
light show on the patio
6:15 PM We will have a “WILSON LODGE DINNER BUFFET” (included in the tour).
This dinner is sure to satisfy every ones taste buds, from the soup and salads to the
delectable desserts.
7:30 PM We will meet Festival of Lights tour guide in the lobby for the six mile driving tour
of the lights.
8:45 PM Cordial Gathering in Hickman Lounge.

pocket expenses incurred by Holloway including, without limitations, theatre or other tickets purchased by Holloway
shall be non-refundable. If cancellation is made less than 45 days before the tour date, Holloway deposit will be
refunded only if a substitute can be found. If Holloway cancels the tour, all money will be refunded. (Please note: a
